Flank Steak

1- 1.5 lbs flank steak 1/2 of a 5 oz. bottle soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard pinch onion powder

Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic zip lock. Add the flank steak, covering all the meat and marinate over night. Take steak from marinade ( throw rest of marinate away) grill about 4 minutes on each side over medium heat. Let rest 5-8 minutes after cooking. Slice on a diagonal in thin slices.
